D-STILL Ltd is a small company located in Godalming, Surrey (UK), and dedicated to the production of top-quality spirits. D-STILL makes Lemon Cello, a home-made limoncello liqueur.
The product
Lemon Cello is a limoncello liqueur made with fresh, unwaxed Amalfi lemons. The production of Lemon Cello is fully artisanal and does not involve any additives. We use pure alcohol from a premium British distillery, Amalfi lemons from Italy, British-made granulated sugar, and filtered water. No other ingredients are used. Lemon Cello's strength is 41.3% ABV.
To the best of our knowledge, we are the only company making limoncello according to the traditional recipe, which is commonly used in Italy for domestic production. The result is a crisp yet smooth taste that carries aromas and flavours of the Amalfi lemons, evoking the scents of the Amalfi coast.
Suggestions
Lemon Cello is best served between straight from the freezer, in chilled shot glasses. It is an ideal after-lunch or after-dinner digestive, but its refreshing taste also suits any convivial gathering or any moment when one feels like tasting the warmth of the Amalfi Coast.
